Responsible for managing multiple projects; specifically overseeing the implementation of ICT within large Educational Academies; Managed Services and Infrastructure
Achievements include the development of the Viglen Project Management Delivery Framework (aligned to Prince2) which has now been adopted as the standard approach for the delivery of Projects at Viglen. The framework covers the entire project life cycle and is supported by a comprehensive portfolio of project templates including a finance system to track the ‘true cost’ of Project delivery to the Company.

Working as part of the ICT Team based in the South East of England, assigned to a variety of customer accounts and geographic locations as required.
